// About the role
If you think in systems, move fast, and know how to get exceptional output from AI tools - we want to hear from you.
About the Role
Access2.IT Group B.V. is a Netherlands-based company that builds a wide variety of websites - from simple HTML landing pages and informational WordPress sites to WooCommerce e-commerce stores and more complex, data-driven websites using Custom Post Types and Custom Fields. While WordPress is our primary CMS, we are open to working with other open-source platforms in the future. Visit us at www.access2.it to learn more about who we are.
You will use tools like Claude and ChatGPT to plan websites, define goals, generate demo content, create prototype visuals, and deliver polished results ready for real-world deployment. Ultimately, the websites you build must convert - guiding visitors toward a clear goal, whether that is a purchase, an enquiry, a sign-up, or any other desired action. You will report directly to the Project Manager in the Netherlands.

How We Measure Success
We believe great work speaks for itself. Performance is evaluated on two equally important factors: efficiency and quality.
Efficiency
You are expected to make smart use of your 8 hours. Time registration tracks output against hours worked.
AI tools exist to make you faster. A task that takes a non-AI developer a full day should take you significantly less.
Delivering work on time, without needing to be chased, is a baseline expectation - not a bonus.
Quality
Websites must be fully tested - desktop and mobile - before being submitted for review. Untested work is not considered complete.
We expect minimal revision rounds. First submissions should be close to final.
Clean, consistent, and well-structured output is the standard - whether it is an Elementor build, an HTML page, or a content update.
High efficiency + high quality = salary growth. Candidates who consistently deliver fast, tested, and well-structured results will see their salary reviewed upward quickly - within the 1-month trial window and at each annual review thereafter.
// Application process
How to Apply
We review applications on a rolling basis. Strong candidates will be contacted promptly.
1
Apply
Send the following to contact@access2.it: a short introduction, examples of websites you've built (links or screenshots), an example of AI-assisted work (a prompt you used and the output it produced), your availability and when you can start.
2
Live Practical Test
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a live screen-sharing session (maximum 1 hour). You will be given demo content and asked to build a webpage using AI tools in real time. No preparation required - we want to see how you naturally think and work.
3
Trial Period
Successful candidates start with a 1-month trial period, after which salary and fit are reviewed together. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be signed before work begins.
